Our members have a diverse background, and their boating knowledge is deep and wide. SYC offers educational seminars to members and the public on topics including - Docking Strategies During Different Weather Conditions, Beginners Guide to Splicing Lines, Lithium Batteries Friend or Foe, CPR, and more.  Most seminars have a dozen or so participants.
